Refund Policy

Our items are made-to-order, custom products and may not be canceled or returned after an order has been started. If you need to make cancellations or any changes to an order, it must be done so by contacting us at or 561-807-7431 within 24 hours from when you placed the order. Refunds will be made in the form of payment that was used for the purchase.

Art Spot Airbrush, LLC guarantees that the goods we sell to you will match the quality represented on our website. It is therefore your responsibility to note all details prior to finalizing an order with payment of funds. Payment confirms the purchase order and confirms your (the purchaser's) agreement with the pieces and their specifications as stated on the respective page of this Site. Such purchase orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

All artwork is unique and will vary from the example due to the size of the name, letters, and color choices. Paint hues will vary from example pictures depending on manufacturer availability. Due to this being a personalized, custom order, we cannot accept returns, so please ensure your spelling and order details are correct.

All of the artwork on the sports balls are sealed with a clear coat, but playing on rough surfaces will damage the artwork. To keep it in the original condition, we recommend it be used for display purposes only. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at before ordering. If the product is damaged due to improper handling, we cannot refund your order. Care instructions are included with the items.
